Our
Fees

Consultations

As a private medical practice, Integral Specialist Women’s Health charges fees for consultations. Consultation fees can vary depending on the nature of the problem and any extra procedures done.  Appointment fees need to be paid on the day of the appointment and some of the fee will be reimbursed to you by Medicare. Your Medicare rebate claim can be submitted electronically on the day of your appointment, saving you having to fill out any paperwork.

Make sure your bank account is registered with Medicare prior to your appointment, to avoid any delays receiving your rebate.

For pregnancy care, you will be provided with a list of the fees and an explanation about what they are for, prior to your first appointment.

For further information regarding fees, please contact reception.

In-hospital Procedures

Your private health insurance will cover part of your fees for in-hospital gynaecology procedures. The remainder is called a "gap".

If you do not have insurance,  you may choose to pay the full fee yourself.

Our office will provide you with all the information you need to make a decision before proceeding with your surgery.

Obstetric admissions (labour and birth) are "no gap", meaning that your private health fund will cover your obstetrician fee, providing you have the appropriate cover.
